To Be Forewarned is to be Forearmed

This world is moving inexorably towards a stupendous crisis. Do you sense it? It seems like the whole world is in turmoil where security and peace of mind are becoming more and more elusive. Morality, respect and integrity are writhing on their deathbeds. What is just around the corner?

It was December 26, 2004. The owner of a tourist resort on the coast of Sumatra, Indonesia, felt the earthquake and watched the ocean receding. He saw many of his guests run down towards the ocean, curious about what they might find on the now exposed mud and sand.

He was alarmed! He had read of earthquakes and tsunamis and knew his guests were in grave danger. He catapulted himself off his vantage point and ran, shouting and screaming a warning, towards the oblivious guests. The sense of impending doom was evident in the owner's behaviour.  The previously complacent guests took flight, together with the owner, to higher ground. Not one guest was lost in the tsunami.

If a natural disaster was about to devastate the area in which you live, would you not want to be warned so that you could at least attempt to save yourself. Of course, you could ignore the warning, but at least you would have a choice.

Figuratively speaking, I am running down the beach, 'shouting and screaming a warning,' so you can at least have the option of finding a safe place in which to shelter.

I do not write this book to entertain or amuse, I publish it to challenge you, to open your eyes and ears to what is happening around you.   The answers to some of life's most perplexing problems are often difficult, if not impossible, to find. They are found in this small volume. In fact, the answers to all of life's problems are found there. If you choose, your body, mind and spirit could receive a total makeover. You could be a new person altogether and the world could be a better place for you being here.
